I have been staying near one week in the hospital for COVID 19 treatment.
My humble request is to consider the issue an award/certificate/memento/reward, something tangible that they can keep with them having ‘’thank giving message from management’’, they truly deserve this in this critical time;
Performance scale 1-10
Staff attentiveness towards patients - 10
Clarity in what they do or serve - 10
Attitude - 10
Cleanliness/hygiene - 10
Time Management - 10
Score - 50
If i can be assistance for you to speak with your staff from my side, I would love to do that. Sacrificing their personal life and saving humanity must be appreciated.
