We had a bone density scan appointment. Upon reaching the reception of Xray room 2 we came across an exceptionally rude receptionist by name Mr Shabeer. He had opened the visit for the next day and calling out patients who were not at present and making patients already in the OPD wait. Many angry patients left and those who came to question him were met to very rude answers. Infact when I questioned him he back answered and said to go complain against him if we have a problem.
