It's a great pleasure to provide feedback on the staffs that provide us the immense support and care during the hospitalization. I delivered preterm twins on 03/06/2021 and it was a normal delivery. We are extremely happy with the service provided by the staffs especially doctors and nurses from admission till discharge. They were professional, kind, and polite moreover sincere on their duties.
Dr. Selvakumari really close to my heart and will be there forever for her motherly care throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She patiently listens all my worries and clear it in a friendly and professional way. I believe that only because of her my preterm delivery of twins become normal. The way she managed my emotions on the delivery table is unimaginable.
Dr. Hana Ghazi was also present at the delivery table by providing all the support to make it easy as possible.
Dr. Nisha’s presence made the delivery room complete and given me more confidence as I delivered preterm. The care she has been provided to the twin babies in NICU and in the ward are remarkable. I cannot forget the nurses who were always with me and supported me throughout the delivery. Sr. Krishna Priya: She was with me from the time of admission in the labour room till I moved to ward after delivery. She was so helpful, polite, and professional throughout my delivery time. Sr. Florance: Her professional approach and exceptional caliber made me so comfortable in the labour room.
I would like to thank NICU staffs especially Sr. Elma, Sr. Renny, Sr. Divya for their sincere care for my preterm babies to become stable quickly before handing over to me. They were kind, polite and extended their support beyond our expectations.
I also remember the sincere care given by Ward11 staffs especially Sr. Jilu, Sr. Riya, Sr. Aji and Sr. Arya to my two days old son to come out of dehydration due to insufficient feeding. They were supportive and spend time to feed and monitor the intake and output of my son frequently.
I also thank Sr. Viji, Sr. Divya, Sr. Jibi and Sr. Christeena from Ward15 for their care and support during the admission in the ward.
To be honest I am very happy for the care received from the hospital. I would like to mention the professionalism of the employees and the system in place to give importance to the patients. I extend my thanks to the management who really maintain such kind of great quality of service.
