Prevention & Control of Infectious Diseases Department, NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah conducted World Tuberculosis Awareness Education fair in combating and spreading awareness of Tuberculosis

  • Prevention & Control of Infectious Diseases Department conducted World Tuberculosis Awareness Education fair in combating and spreading awareness of Tuberculosis. The Theme for 2021 was decided as “The Clock is Ticking”.

    NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah was honored by the presence of the Members of Preventive Medicine from MOHAP to visit the event. 5 stalls were installed with 23 participants from several departments to spread the awareness. The participating departments were Nursing, Laboratory, Infection Control, Engineering and Pharmacy.

    The stalls were judged by honorary members of Preventive medicine MOH. The criteria was based on the knowledge, relevance to theme, creativity, presentation and originality.

    The winner of the World Tuberculosis Awareness Education fair for the best stall was given to Infection Control Team.
