NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah organizes Skit Competition
According to the ‘Cone of learning’, we retain only 10% of what we read as compared to 90% of what we do to stimulate a real experience. With a focus on long term retention of important policies, NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah, organized a Skit competition on 5th Dec 2018 where around 150 NMC Royal Hospital members from 12 teams participated to enact one of the following topics:
Correct Patient Identification
Effective communication
Care of High risk patients
Prevention and Control of Infections
Patient and Family Rights
Patient Education
Ensuring safety surgeries
Patient and Employee Safety
Disaster management
Admissions, Discharge and Transfers
The competition was judged by the leadership team. Following are some of the snapshots from this very successful event
