NMC Royal Hospital, Sharjah organized a victory event – “Celebrating our leadership journey” at the Nightingale Challenge on 15th June 2021

  • NMC Royal Hospital, Sharjah organized a victory event – “Celebrating our leadership journey” at the Nightingale Challenge on 15th June 2021. The Nightingale Challenge was an 18-hour leadership workshop held throughout the NMC Hospitals & Medical Centers.

    The Poster Competition was aimed at adding armoury in the strong arsenal of the top-quality medical centres & tertiary care hospitals under the NMC. Each hospital will prepare a poster describing the biggest lesson learned during the leadership workshop.

    NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah’s nursing team comprising on Ms. Meena Akber, Ms. Tiji Mathew, Ms. Shintu Kuruvilla, Ms. Anju Balachandran & Ms. Renu Venugopal won the 2nd prize in Poster Competition.

    Dr. Kishan Pakkal, General Manager & Ms. Shazia Amin, Chief Nursing Officer appreciated the winning team. They applauded them on this leadership journey they have embarked which will lead NMC-RHS to greater heights.
