A interactive session was conducted on 8th Nov 18 to discuss this year’s theme – Advocating Trust, on the occasion of World Quality Day 2018. The presentation highlighted the importance of building trust with our patients, policymakers, payers and providers. Case studies where trust failed due to lack about organizational competence and integrity, were discussed with Quality Champions attending this opening session.
