    NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah organized a fitness hour i.e. 06pm to 07pm during Ramadan every Monday. The health screening included BMI, Blood Pressure and Random Sugar. The event had an attendance of over 40 people.

    The residents of Sharjah highly appreciated the unique idea of encouraging health awareness during the period of Ramadan.
