My pregnancy and post pregnancy journey:
I was under the care of Dr. Rizmee Shireen for antenatal and she is very calm comfortable and friendly to talk to. She was gentle with the questions asked during visits. Sr. Anila is a hardworking tall nurse greeting you with a smile at all times. Due to some unseen circumstances Dr. Shireen had to go on emergency leave for two days and so she handed over me to another caring hands of Dr. Betty John. Just opposite her room and I met her the very first time in the labor room, Dr Betty made me feel comfortable and she was gentle and calm throughout my delivery process. She was punctual and present at the perfect time without having me to wait. She facilitated the most difficult part of pregnancy with ease.
Labor room: I would especially thank Sr. Angitha Alphonse and Dr. Anum for their supporting nature. Sr. Angitha was so caring as if my near loved one is caring for me. I can't thank her enough. I just pray she gets best. I wish she gets the daisy award.
Dr. Anum was so nice, her encouraging words like "good“ & "u can do it" can never be forgotten which helped me get my energy to bring my child in the world. Krishnan, (I hope I spell her name correctly) gave me water whenever asked for & I can't thank the labor team enough (in all 4 to 5 were there) for their caring nature. The lady who took my bed from labor room to room was also nice and took care of me in a gentle manner.
The Jasmine suite staff - Teena Michael, Anju Ebin, Reni Cherian & Civil Varghese were kind and attending whenever I needed them on the press of a button.
Baby Care nursing team - Sheeja and Amy were very hardworking and gave me a comfortable night by taking care of baby Sister Jayshree very knowledgeable ...dont forget to take her tips before discharge Sheeba.
Food was quantity and quality wise great....all the cuisine tasted very good and nice
The people who served food Priya, Melody, Evangeline were friendly helpful kind & gave me warm water whenever asked for.
The last but not least, the cleaning staff who assured a clean room always which is very essential. Bincy, Mercy, Ruwani were always ready to clean whenever needed. Thank you all. Every patient will come and go but the impression which is created by your service to them at their much needed care time will always be remembered. You need not take much stuff baby and mother, all necessary items are provided only what you require on returning are clothes of baby.
