I would like to thank the wonderful Dr Riccardo ( ENT consultant ) for his exceptional effort and dedication on everything he did before and after my thyroidectomy surgery. I didn’t expect this level of professionalism starting from the first day when I had my appointment with him. He explained everything to me with full transparency and used to check on my mental state before the operation and to keep me updated with all pre-operative requirements.
After the surgery, he used to come and checked on my condition and he even came on his day off to follow up.
He made me realize how noble the physician-patient relationship can be !
Second, I would like to thank Dr Adel El Naggar ( specialist endocrinology) whom I used to follow up with him on my thyroid condition
I would also like to thank the smiley face and kind hearted doctor Ayman Moustafa (consultant anesthesiologist) who gave me a dose of hope up until the last minutes before the operations and helped me tackle my fear
