Quality and Performance Improvement Department of NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah conducted a strategic Quiz Contest
Quality and Performance Improvement Department of NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah conducted a strategic Quiz Contest where more than 100 employees from almost all clinical and non-clinical departments participated and gained knowledge regarding accreditation standards. All questions were based on the JCIA guidelines and participating teams gave tough fight to each other, demonstrating a good preparation for the upcoming JCI Reaccreditation in December 2020. After conducting 2 elimination rounds, 12 teams (representing 1 of the JCI chapter) went to play the final rounds that consisted Direct Questions (Round 1), Rapid Fire (Round 2) and Fastest Response (Round 3).
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Deepinder Singh stated “with this event, we tried our best to cover maximum questions that are expected to be asked from the Surveyors during our upcoming JCI reaccreditation Survey in Nov 2020. We believe this was an exciting way to learn so much in a short time.”

Following are 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners that were announced after conducting Tie Breaker round between AOP and ASC teams: 1st Prize: Team AOP
All winners as well as participants were felicitated with Certificates and gift vouchers by the General Manager of the Hospital – Dr Kishan Pakkal, who is motivating all of us to better and better, every day !
