NMC Royal Hospital Sharjah conducted an award Ceremony for the “Safety @ Workplace Challenge – 2021”
Kudos to all the 24 teams for participating in the Safety @ Workplace Challenge – 2021. The task given to all the 72 participants from 24 teams, was to capture safety hazards in their allocated zone, within 30 min. Though we received close to 1000 findings, 522 were validated by our judges that are now part of the FMS improvement plan.
In addition to sharing pictures of the observations, 11 teams were able to submit the action plan for improvement, thus receiving extra weightage in their scores. It was very encouraging to see the winning team submitting 94 validated findings within 30 min and also coming up with an improvement plan for each of their findings !
Following are the snapshots from the award ceremony that was organized on Thursday, 15th Jul 2021 in the presence of Dr Kishan Pakkal, Dr Hazem Daaji, Mr Sumit Kishore and Ms Shazia Amin. Please appreciate these teams when you meet them in the next few days.
