Channel Programs & Demand Activation

The said position will be part of the team responsible for expanding the consumer business, and will handle multiple initiatives / programs from amongst below.

  • Conceptualize / roll-out new programs for growth of consumer business:
  • Influencer programs to partner with professionals such as Architects, Electrical Contractors, Chartered Accountants etc that have purchase influence over potential clients in terms of installing solar rooftop and choice of brand
  • Referral programs to leverage advocacy & positive word of mouth: existing loyal & satisfied customers, employees
  • Micro-segments: Focused approach for deeper penetration in segments where rooftop solar has good fitment, such as petrol pumps, auto dealerships, nursing homes, SME clusters, ATMs etc, particularly through company to company level partnerships
  • Purchase programs for employees of Tata Group companies, key accounts
  • Other business growth opportunities as may arise from time to time
  • Partnerships & alternate channels:
  • Establish strategic tie-ups for expanding business & reach, for eg with companies in consumer durables, touchpoints such as paints, tiles, electrical etc relevant to a consumer building a new individual house

Preferred Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills & experience:

  • Ability and willingness to hustle
  • Cherishes a sense of responsibility and able to launch and implement new initiatives with minimal supervision / handholding
  • Ability & willingness to independently liaise with stakeholders across functions & designations to get work implemented
  • Looks out for opportunities to understand the customer & the market, excited by the prospect of interacting & working closely with the sales team
  • Prior experience of conceptualizing & scaling up growth initiatives, including strong exposure to designing marketing materials, scaling up, program management.
  • Preferred experience of 3-5 years in sales / marketing / growth roles in consumer business
  • Preferred formal education in management: General Management / Sales & Marketing
